No Bookstores West of Western

Now that the Guv'nuh is the latest local political shark to jump the shark, can we, the fine citizenry of Chicaguh and Illinois, finally put our collective fist down for honest, decent, and accountable governance from our elected officials? (Okay, maybe only accountability is somewhat plausible.) Or is the bungalow belt too goddamn doltish to believe that anything beyond pay-to-play and old-school machine patronage is possible here in the Windy City?
