Harlem-Irving Times to Cease Publication
Stop the presses--literally. The venerable Harlem-Irving Times newspaper serving the the Dunning area is to end its long tenure as The Sun-Times Media Group cuts expenses. Other northwest side local area newspapers published by STMG for Jefferson Park and Sauganash-Edgebrook are also shutting down.

Sun-Times group is a struggling entity. It's too bad some good papers are going in the tubes.
